You can buy copies of Digital Photos taken by Melbourne Observer photographers.

These are first-class photographs by our own staff.

Prices

Our standard price is $35.00 pre-paid for a 15cm x 20cm (6 inch x 8inch) colour print on Kodak quality photograph sizes.

Please note photo sizes can vary. This size is approximate.

This includes regular postage to your address anywhere in Australia. The price also includes GST.

We can arrange for larger sizes at extra cost. Prices on application.

How To Order

You can purchase your photo by phoning our office on 1-800 231 311.

Please have all information ready regarding your photo (date of edition, page number, people's names in photo).

Have your Credit Card handy to pre-pay. We will issue you with a receipt number.

Express Post Delivery

Should you require Express Post Delivery we can arrange that for you for an extra $5.00 (within Australia).

It is best to place any urgent orders by telephone.

Reproduction and Copyright Matters

All photographs in the Melbourne Observer are Copyright. This means their use, and sale, is strictly controlled. It also means that some photographs in the Melbourne Observer are not available, because of Copyright reasons.

All purchasers of Melbourne Observer photos are required to adhere to our Copyright rules that photographs are purchased for private and domestic use only. They cannot be sold, copied or displayed in a public place (including in public areas in a place of business) or republished in any way without the prior written permission of the Copyright owner. If you would like permission to reproduce any photographs from the Melbourne Observer, you will need to contact our Editor, editor@melbourneobserver.com.au

General

These conditions of use govern your purchase and use of archival images, graphics, illustrations or mother material from Local Media Pty Ltd, ABN 67 096 680 063 ('Local')

Local may alter these conditions of use from time to time. Any such changes will be notified on this page.

Use of Images

All photographs sold by Local are protected by Copyright, and are for private and personal use only. They are not to be reproduced, sold, lent, scanned, auctioned or used for any other purpose other than private or domestic use without permission from Local. Failure to abide by these conditions will result in prosecution.

Disclaimer and Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Local makes no representations or warranties in relation to photographs and images, or that:

1. the images will be complete, accurate or timely;

2. the provision of images will be free of delays or interruptions;

3. the content is suitable for any particular purpose;

4. the size of printed photos are as stated;

5. 'Express Post' items will be delivered on the next business day.

All payments made to Local for such content are non-refundable.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use images provided by Local to defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise offend others or to use the images in connection with any material that denigrates a particular group of people or that is otherwise unlawful or likely to be offensive to the general public.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Local and its related bodies corporate from any claims, losses, damages or expenses that it may sustain or incur as a result of your breach of these conditions of use or any law.

Applicable Law

These conditions of use and all other conditions, notices, and disclaimers which appear on this Website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Victoria, Australia.
